My ultimate goal and dream is to become a film director - whether it be blockbusters or music videos. I am motivated by the way films can encapsulate a moment in time, how it moves people, how it teaches us lessons and how it brings people together. Click here for my screenwriting works.

CONSUME - SHORT FILM

'Consume' is essentially my directorial debut after graduating university. I'm working with other incredibly talented young people on this artistic short film based on a text written by a dear friend, Elina Blaise. The film is currently in the pre-production stage with an expected June release.

'love note' trailer

Based on a short thriller film I wrote and directed, one of my university assessments in my second year was to develop a trailer for a film. I utilised the pre-existing footage I had and re-designed it to suit a trailer, added eerie music, and text to entice an audience. Watch the full video here.

'24/7'

I studied film in high school and we were prompted to create a non-linear, experimental film work. At first, I felt a bit intimidated as I was so accustomed to the notion of narratives and three-act structures. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the assessment. The theme of '24/7' revolves around the urban, capitalist 'hustle' culture that is often romanticised online; I position the audience to feel anxious and almost on edge through the overlays and sound effects. I developed the concept, created the storyboard, shot, and edited this. Watch the full video here.

'PETS FOR THE PANDEMIC'

In my first year of university, we were to create short documentaries, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic we had to do so in isolation. I wrote, directed, acted, shot, and edited this one and a half minute video. 'Pets for the Pandemic' explains the benefits of pet ownership for our mental health. Watch the full video here.

'GROWING UP DIARIES' PILOT

For a Film Business unit, our team and I created a pitch and developed a pilot episode for a web series aimed at young Australians moving out of home for the first time. For this, I wrote and directed it. Watch the full video here.

'FLICKER'
